CORI Forms
All SCS volunteers age 18 and older are
required to complete a CORI form every year. We
hope that you plan to volunteer this year, visit your
child’s classroom to read a story or support your
child’s class in a little or big way. Thank you for com-
pleting a CORI form to do so. Completed CORI forms
can be emailed to acampbell@scsnorwood.org. Mrs. Campbell will also need to see your license in person. Your CORI form does not need to be notarized unless you are unable to come in during school hours. All volunteers age 18 and older are also required to take VIRTUS. Information on where to take VIRTUS can be found below. Please contact the office at (781) 769-5354X264 if you have any questions.

Volunteer Policy
Parents/guardians will be expected tocomplete 10 volunteer hours from September 2024 to June 2025. Hours can be
completed through Advancement Events such as the Golf Tournament, Gala and Auction, HASA Events, and classroom activities. Should a family not complete their hours, they will be expected to pay $30 per hour for the volunteer hours
that they do not complete (for a max of $300 per family). *Please note, we will continue to review and make
adjustments to the policy as needed for the
24/25 school year.*
Volunteer Information
Lunchbox
Please find the app to order lunches below. Lunch Box encourages families to order lunches 1 month in advance but lunches can be ordered 48 hours in advance. You will need to create an account and add money to your "LUNCHBOX" bank. Then, you will need to add your child/student(s) and select lunches.
Uniform Closet
Did you know that HASA has a used uniform closet at SCS? Periodically,
HASA will have times when you can shop for used uniforms for a small fee. Money collected goes towards HASA activities and events. You can also drop off
donated uniforms to the front office during regular school hours. If you have questions about the HASA Uniform Closet, you can reach out to Ann Marie Langan at amlanganlaw@gmail.com or (617)905-8298.
